Our ExecAssist team consists of highly experienced PA's who have all come from a background of supporting Executive/Board level managers and work from our modern, high-tech office to further enhance our unique, professional, outsourced Executive Support service.  We currently support individual business people, entrepreneurs and executive teams, providing them with the highest standard of professional support.

We continually review our service with clients in order to monitor and track performance.  These reviews are undertaken on a monthly basis and are essential in establishing the best working relationship between client and PA.

ExecAssist - PA On The Go

This service suits clients where the amount of PA support required is small, varies greatly or is yet to be determined.

Due to the 'on demand' nature of this service, we cannot guarantee that the same PA resource will be supporting a particular client and task turnaround sometimes depends on balancing the workload within the team using effective prioritization between the client and the members of our team providing the service.

Immediate (over the phone) support cannot be guaranteed and certain services (e.g. audio typing) need to be booked in advance for an available slot.

ExecAssist - PA Executive

For clients who need a guaranteed share of a dedicated, named PA (with backup), we have developed a business model based on a pre-paid monthly retainer agreement.

Where clients already know how many hours/week they typically require PA support, we can construct a retainer arrangement which offers a discounted rate in addition to account management/review and service level issue tracking/resolution.

A service level agreement is signed and clients pay monthly in advance for an agreed share of a named PA with a one month service termination notice period for either party.

The retainer discount varies according to the number of 'committed' hours which reduces the effective hourly rate and is payable in advance by standing order.
